I’ve started taking my truck to Big Jim about two years ago and I’m very happy with the quality of work he’s done for me. I’ve had a couple alignments, Dr Preload on the whole truck and the super efficient spicer XFE 75W85 rear end oil done with Jim. The MD alignment process is simple but much more precise and efficient than any hi tech alignment machine at other shops especially when paired with such a detail oriented tech like Jim.
Near 4 years before I needed this guy. The first time was the best, it lasted 2 months shy of 4 years. He aligned my whole truck and torqued all my bearings to spec, then this past month M&K had to replace a wheel seal, what a joke, "to tight" and I could tell, made a appointment within days I had my truck rolling as smooth as before. Thanks Jim, miles of smiles.
No other shop has been able to make my truck go straight, now I can let go of the wheel and it goes straight for at least half a mile.
Came in with truck shaking drove out driving like when we bought the truck in 2016. Great job Jim and his fantastic crew. Thank You.
