I’ve started taking my truck to Big Jim about two years ago and I’m very happy with the quality of work he’s done for me. I’ve had a couple alignments, Dr Preload on the whole truck and the super efficient spicer XFE 75W85 rear end oil done with Jim. The MD alignment process is simple but much more precise and efficient than any hi tech alignment machine at other shops especially when paired with such a detail oriented tech like Jim.
